Simply Cosplay (the site) disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality and reliability of the information displayed on this website. You (the visitor) understand and agree that the site can not be held responsible for any damages or problems that may result from use of our website.

The site contains adult material. By using this site you are legally allowed to view such content. In most countries this is 18 years or older. If you are underage ask a parent to supervise you during your visit.

Characters

The sets show cosplayers portraying characters from anime, games and other works. Every character depicted is an adult.

Content

The site does not publish content that depicts a minor or a character presented as a minor, content that breaks the law in the US or the EU, or material meant to cause harm, such as malware.

Sets, pictures and texts on the site belong to their owners. Do not copy, republish or sell them without permission.

You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of Simply Cosplay have the right to remove, edit, move or close anything at any time should they see fit.

Reporting and takedown

If you think a set should not be on the site, tell us on the contact page. We review every report, and we remove content that infringes rights or breaks these terms.

Comments

You can comment under sets and posts without an account. A comment is shown on the site only after we have checked it, and we may refuse or remove any comment.

Comments are plain text. We refuse links, HTML or images, insults, spam, and anything that breaks the rules under Content. A reply goes under a comment that is already shown, one level deep.

To report a comment, use the Report button beside it. You can send a few reports in a short time.
