Mei Sato becomes Utahime Iori from Jujutsu Kaisen, the composed first-grade sorcerer who teaches at the Kyoto school, in a lantern-lit set that moves from a quiet tatami room to a wooden onsen. It opens in her shrine maiden look: a white wrap top with wide sleeves, a pleated black hakama, white tabi socks and wooden sandals, a white ribbon tied at the side of her long straight black hair with blunt bangs. She kneels by the sliding door with calm, serious grace. Then the ribbon comes loose, the hakama falls and she sinks into the steaming water with nothing left but the lantern glow on her skin. The final images are fully explicit: alone on a futon under the paper lanterns, she takes her time with a pink toy.
